Air Filled – Minishape foil Number #1 Balloon!

This balloon measures 16″ tall approx when inflated. These balloons come with an inflation straw so you can fill them and a string so you can hang these to create the appearance of floating without the use of Helium.

You could also use Glue Dots to stick them to walls and windows for another great look.
