Our Nessa Rose Adaptive Costume features a pretty, cream-colored, longer dress with lots of pink trims, sweet puffed long sleeves and a ruffled waist accent. There is a hidden waist opening for medical needs, and the back of the skirt has an overlapped opening for ease of use. Shoes are sold separately. Made of 100% polyester. Hand wash cold.
