The beautiful Victorian Tea Party Dress is a long blue hooped dress with a fitted waistband.

The neckline and shoulders have sheer white frills and the bottom of the dress is embroidered intricately in black. The dress also has black buttons in the front and comes with elegant black glovelettes to go with the costume.
